Principal Environmental Consultant & Director
Michael is the founder and Principal Consultant at Terralis. With over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting and agriculture, he is a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) with a background in contaminated land assessment, groundwater remediation, waste regulation, and EPA compliance. Michael has managed complex environmental projects across Victoria, working with developers, councils, and industry to deliver practical and regulatory-aligned outcomes. He is also driving the integration of drone-based and AI technologies into environmental workflows.
Natalie Dredge
Senior Environmental Consultant
Natalie is a versatile environmental consultant with a broad portfolio in contaminated land assessment, environmental auditing, and project delivery. Her practical expertise spans preliminary and detailed site investigations, landfill gas monitoring, and environmental due diligence. Natalie’s background in both environmental science and field operations allows him to deliver site-specific solutions with strong stakeholder engagement.
Scott Bradshaw
Geo-Environmental Engineer
Scott is a sustainability professional with a background in earth sciences and environmental systems. He holds a BA (Earth Science) from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Business Sustainability from the Institute of Sustainability Studies.
Scott supports Terralis projects through environmental field investigations, monitoring programs, data management, and technical reporting. He contributes to contaminated land assessments, waste soil classification, and environmental compliance projects, bringing a practical and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
Alice Condon
Project Administrator
Alice is a skilled Project Administrator with a strong background in environmental consultancy operations. At Terralis, she supports the delivery of field and reporting projects through effective document control, scheduling, and client liaison. With previous experience in administrative coordination roles, Alice brings structure, clarity, and consistency to project workflows. She plays a pivotal role in maintaining project timelines and ensuring the team has the tools and information they need to deliver high-quality outcomes.
