Michael is the founder and Principal Consultant at Terralis. With over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting and agriculture, he is a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) with a background in contaminated land assessment, groundwater remediation, waste regulation, and EPA compliance. Michael has managed complex environmental projects across Victoria, working with developers, councils, and industry to deliver practical and regulatory-aligned outcomes. He is also driving the integration of drone-based and AI technologies into environmental workflows.

Luke Richards

Senior Environmental Consultant

Luke is a versatile environmental consultant with a broad portfolio in contaminated land assessment, environmental auditing, and project delivery. His practical expertise spans preliminary and detailed site investigations, landfill gas monitoring, and environmental due diligence. Luke’s background in both environmental science and field operations allows him to deliver site-specific solutions with strong stakeholder engagement.

Tom brings over a decade of leadership and operational planning experience from the Australian Defence Force and civil sectors. His strengths lie in logistics coordination, WHS compliance, project delivery, and asset management. At Terralis, Tom oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistency across all field and project activities. He plays a key role in managing high-risk field operations and technical delivery standards.
